Personal Statement
I believe clients thrive in an environment conducive to eliciting change. My purpose is to provide a relaxed, comfortable, and trusting environment to begin gaining insight into behaviors and elicit the change my client is seeking. I utilize a mulit-systemic approach to therapy with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral and Client-Centered therapies. In my experience, clients who benefit the most are those who are engaged, willing to do the work, and in control of their own therapy. I believe that with my knowledge and expertise, and a client who is willing to put in the work necessary to produce lasting change, therapy will be effective.
